Professional Services

The following list of professionals, inspectors and inspection companies has been compiled as a customer service to aid Buyers in exercising their inspection rights. Generally, a purchase contract will give the Buyer the right, at their expense to select licensed  contractors or other qualified professionals to inspect and investigate the condition of the property, including buy not limited to structural, geological, plumbing, heating, electrical, built-in appliances, roof(s), heating and air conditioning systems, pool/spa, well, septic tank/sewer, and survey. Buyers are encouraged to secure any and all inspections that they deem necessary to satisfy their   concerns about the condition of the property and not to rely on the disclosures provided by sellers and/or the real estate professionals.

It is expressly understood and agreed that neither Coldwell Banker nor its sales associates will serve in the capacity as a General Contractor to determine what work is to be done, to assemble bids or to oversee the work performed by repair persons hired by   Sellers and/or Buyers. It is strongly recommended that Sellers and Buyers only hire people who have appropriate licenses and      insurance coverage. Sellers and Buyers need to make sure that all repair work complies with applicable government regulations,  including but not limited to the issuance of permits, and complies with any agreements between the principals. Coldwell Banker has not and will not verify the licensing and insurance information supplied by others nor determine it the repair work is done properly.
